Radix Ginseng red rad., ground root, from conventional cultivation

Red ginseng belongs to the Araliaceae family and is a perennial plant that grows mainly in East Asia, particularly Korea and northern China. The root is cylindrical, strong, and branched and is processed into red ginseng using a traditional steaming and drying method, in which the ginseng roots are steamed and then dried. This process gives the ginseng its characteristic dark red color.

Unlike traditional white ginseng, which is made from untreated roots, red ginseng undergoes a longer processing process that influences its special properties and effects.

Traditionelle Verwendung:

-Roter Ginseng wird in der Kräuterkunde traditionell als Tonikum eingesetzt.

-Unterstützung im Alltag: Kann zur allgemeinen Kräftigung, Stärkung bei Müdigkeit oder Schwächegefühl, bei nachlassender Leistung und Konzentration sowie in der Rekonvaleszenz Teil einer ausgewogenen Ernährung sein.
