Indication
aphrodisiac, appetite stimulant, for flatulence, detoxifying, purifying, diuretic, heart and stomach tonic, menstrual stimulant, tonic, for stress, migraine, white discharge. Because of its aromatic essential oils, reminiscent of fennel and lovage, bear root is also used in cooking.
Application
Pour 150 ml of hot water (80°C) over 2 teaspoons of the chopped bear root, then let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Up to 3 cups a day are recommended.
