Hibiscustee sabdariffa
Ich habe den Hibiscustee sabdariffa gewählt, weil ich gelesen habe, dass er den Blutzucker senken kann. Meine Blutzuckerwerte waren trotz Insulin, egal welchen blutzuckersenkenden Mineralstoff ich zusätzlich einnahm, besonders nach dem Frühstück immer zu hoch. Er hat mich NICHT enttäuscht. Der Wert war heute zum ersten Mal perfekt.
