Endlich Bergamotte zu kaufen entdeckt
Aromatisiert sehr intensiv, habe es vor kurzem für ein Aprikosenmarmelade-Rezept verwendet. Habe den Rest dann noch als Tee aufgebrüht weil ich es zu schade für den Kompost fand. Man muss es süßen, es sei denn man mag "bitter" - so wie ich. Werde auf jeden Fall einiges davon für meine Bergamotte-Marmelade verwenden, weil mein Bäumchen nur zwei Bergamotte-Zitronen ausgebildet hat. So reicht es vielleicht wieder für drei Gläser...
