Indication
Apple mint, similar to peppermint, is used as a tea or also for tea blends due to its pleasant taste. The mint is considered appetizing and digestive. Also recommended for stomach and intestinal disorders.
Application
Pour about 150ml of hot water over 2 teaspoons of apple mint. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink up to 3 cups per day.

Sehr lecker
Die Apfelminze kaufe ich hier immer wieder. Ich mag den Geschmack total gerne, sie ist nicht ganz so aufdringlich wie Pfefferminze und passt super in viele Kräutermischungen. Vielen Dank für Ihre sorgfältige Arbeit. Die Kräuter sind toll.

Super lecker
Die Kräuter sehen wie immer gut aus und riechen fantastisch. Sehr netter Kontakt._x000D_ Die Apfelminze hat es mir besonders angetan. Sie schmeckt frisch und spritzig. Ich mische sie gern mit Salbei oder Waldmeister.
