The annual mugwort is one of the oldest medicinal herbs in Eastern Europe and is known from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is considered the queen among plants. Especially in China, the annual mugwort is known for over 2000 years and is still very often used there as a medicinal plant. In Europe, too, it is becoming increasingly important.
