Ingredients:
Hibiscus blossoms, raspberry leaves, peppermint, rose hip peel, bitter orange, lemon peel, strawberry pieces, lemon balm.

Application:
Pour 250ml of hot water (80°C) over 2 teaspoons, leave to steep for 15 minutes with a lid on, then strain. Drink 3 cups a day. Hot & Cold.
2 Teelöffel mit 250ml heißem Wasser (80°C) übergießen, 15 Minuten abgedeckt ziehen lassen und anschließend abseihen. 3 Tassen pro Tag trinken.
