Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) is a perennial herbaceous plant with serrated, heart-shaped leaves and fine stinging hairs that release histamine and formic acid when touched. It can grow up to 1.5 metres high and produces inconspicuous, greenish flowers in hanging panicles.

Ingredients: water, organic alcohol*, nettle leaves (Urta dioica L.)*

Alcohol content: 32% vol.
Directions for use: take 20 drops 3 times a day in a little water before each meal or take it neat. Shake well before use.
3ml extract (60 drops) contains 300mg nettle leaf extract.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
