Application
Pour 250ml of hot water (80°C) over 2 teaspoons, leave to steep for 15 minutes with a lid on, then strain. Drink 3 cups a day.

Schmackhaft und sinnvoll
Diesen Tee brühe ich mir morgens auf und trinke ihn über den Tag verteilt. Tut gut und schmeckt sehr gut.
