Zingiber officinalis L., root ground, from certified organic cultivation, very spicy
Ginger is a perennial, herbaceous plant with a branched, aromatic rhizome that grows underground. It has narrow, lanceolate leaves and produces inconspicuous yellowish-green flowers with a delicate purple accent. The rhizome, which is rich in essential oils and pungent substances such as gingerols, is particularly valued and is used both as a spice and in natural medicine.
Indication
Loss of appetite, stomach problems, menstrual cramps, nausea, for colds, stimulating & circulation-promoting
Application
As a powder over food, mix with liquid and drink, 2 teaspoons per day
As a tea, add 1-2 teaspoons to 250ml hot water (80°C), cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, 2-3 cups daily
Not recommended for stomach irritation or gallstones!

Unterschiede je nach Ernte/Lieferung
Ich hatte vor einiger Zeit Ingwer Pulver bestellt. Dieses löste sich in heißen Getränken fast vollständig auf und war ordentlich scharf. Ich war seht zufrieden, volle 10 Punkte. Das Pulver einer weiteren Lieferung enthält einen sehr hohen Faser-Anteil und bildet in Getränken und Suppen einen beachtlichen Bodensatz, den man nicht so gerne verzehren möchte. Vielleicht können Sie künftig wieder den Ingwer des früheren Lieferanten einkaufen?
