Indication
For digestive complaints such as mild cramp-like gastrointestinal complaints, bloating, flatulence. For inflammations of the upper respiratory tract. Especially suitable for babies and small children.
Use
Pour 1/4 l of boiling water (optimal 80°C) over 1 heaped teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds, cover and steep for 20 minutes, then strain. For coughs, drink this tea up to 1 cup three times a day, sweeten with honey if necessary. As a stomach tea and against flatulence, this tea is better unsweetened. You can also use this tea to wash your eyes if you mix it with the same amount of boiled water. Then let it cool to room temperature and filter well.

HISTORY
Archaeological research confirmed that fennel has been used in natural medicine for more than 5,000 years. Fennel was already known as a medicinal plant in ancient Greece and Rome. Pietro Andrea Mattioli described in his writings that fennel strengthens the stomach, is effective against flatulence, stimulates the flow of milk in women and helps against bloating.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES

It can be used for loss of appetite, conjunctivitis, flatulence, three-month colic (in babies), digestive weakness, bronchitis, dry cough, asthma, whooping cough, throat infections, colds, eyelid inflammation, ulcers, lactation, stomach aches, headaches, migraines, epilepsy (supportive), insomnia, insect bites, cardiac insufficiency or menopausal symptoms.
Due to its positive properties, fennel was chosen as the medicinal plant of the year 2009.

Hilft sofort
Ich mache mir immer einen Tee bei Völlegefühl und bei druck im Magen. Nach ein paar Minuten bemerke ich eine sofortige Linderung und dazu schmeckt es auch noch sehr gut. Bin sehr zufrieden
