Incense sticks are used particularly in Asian countries in Buddhism, Hinduism, Confucianism and Daoism in temples, ceremonies and for meditation.
We use incense sticks primarily to dispel negative energies, promote meditation, fragrance rooms for relaxation, in yoga sessions and as part of Ayurvedic treatments.
