The ‘Gutes Bauchgefühl’ organic herbal tea, formerly known as Serpolet, is a carefully balanced herbal tea that has been compiled according to the principles of Hildegard von Bingen. Raspberry leaves promote digestion and have a calming effect. Quendel, also known as wild thyme, relaxes and relieves cramps. Fennel relieves flatulence and aids digestion. Liquorice has an anti-inflammatory effect and strengthens the stomach. Mugwort stimulates digestion, while marigold has a gentle and anti-inflammatory effect. Rose petals lend a delicate aroma and promote relaxation. Cowslip supports the respiratory tract and well-being.

Application:
Pour 250ml of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons, cover and leave to infuse for 8 minutes, then strain.
