Ceylon cinnamon, deer tongue fern 19%, long pepper.
Preparation:
Boil the contents of bag 1 with 2.5 litres of the best wine and then add approx. 250g of honey. Boil the wine again and add the contents of bag 2. Bring the wine to the boil again, let it steep for a long time, filter it and bottle it.
Recommendation according to Hildegard von Bingen:
In the first week, 1 liqueur glass after each meal. In the second week before and after the meal.
