The Ganoderma lucidum, also known as the shiny lacquer fungus, is found almost all over the world and is also native to Europe. According to tradition, the reishi, whose name translates as "mushroom of immortality", has been used as a natural remedy in Asia for about 4000 years. In TCM, it is considered one of the most effective and versatile remedies for strengthening the human body. Many of the traditional effects have now been proven in scientific studies. The bioactive ingredients include polysaccharides and antioxidants, which are known to strengthen the immune system and protect the cells.
The extract is obtained from the powder by hot water extraction. Afterwards, only the water-soluble substances are contained.
It is primarily the desired effective polysaccharides and amino acids that are contained in the extract in a highly concentrated form and have a correspondingly effective effect!
The extract is approx. 20 times more concentrated than Polyporus powder or tablets.
