Helps promote sleep.
Dosage
Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over take 15 ml of pressed juice undiluted or with a little liquid three times a day before meals to improve their well-being when under nervous strain. To aid sleep, a single dose (15 ml) is taken half an hour to an hour before going to bed, with an additional dose if necessary earlier in the evening. The maximum daily dose is 4 single doses (each 15 ml). It is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age. If the symptoms persist or worsen after two weeks of using the medicinal product, or if you experience any side effects, you should consult a doctor or a qualified healthcare practitioner.
