The Ganoderma lucidum, also known as the shiny lacquer mushroom, is found almost all over the world and is also native to Europe. According to tradition, the reishi, whose name translates as "mushroom of immortality", has been used as a natural remedy in Asia for about 4000 years. In TCM, it is considered one of the most effective and versatile remedies for strengthening the human body. Many of the traditional effects have now been proven in scientific studies. Its bioactive ingredients include polysaccharides and antioxidants, which are known to strengthen the immune system and protect cells.

Application
Add 1 to 2 level measuring spoons of mushroom powder to plenty of liquid and drink daily. The powder can also be mixed with food (1 measuring spoon corresponds to approx. 2 g powder).
