Rich in vegetable unsaturated fatty acids, alpha-linolenic fatty acids (omega 3).

The cold-pressed oil of the seeds of the perilla plant is an excellent source of vegetable unsaturated fatty acids. The essential omega 3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic is contained in it at over 60%.

Indication

Directions
