For our activated fenugreek we use a carefully selected European variety rich in the precursor of niacin. Activation converts this into valuable niacin.
Activated fenugreek is particularly rich in plant niacin, which supports the maintenance of normal skin.

Indication
For insulin and blood sugar levels, supporting fat metabolism and milk production & postpartum recovery.
Application
Consume 3 Activated Fenugreek Organic vegan capsules 3 times daily with liquid. 9 capsules contain approximately 2.7 g of activated fenugreek and 9.5 mg of plant-bound niacin (equivalent to 59% of the nutrient reference value for niacin according to the Food Information Regulation).
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.
