Indication

Application
1 tea bag to 1 cup and pour boiling water over it and let it steep covered between 5-10min. Then pour through a sieve and enjoy warm or cold.
 
Important
In addition to the tea, enjoy at least the same amount of good vitalized water. It is recommended not to drink more than 1L alkaline herbal tea per day.
