    The dandelion herb (Taraxacum officinale) is a perennial plant with a deep taproot and a rosette of toothed, lanceolate leaves. Yellow flower heads sit on hollow stems, which later develop into spherical inflorescences with umbrella-shaped fliers

    Indication

    For skin diseases (e.g. acne), migraines due to indigestion, loss of appetite, digestive difficulties, diabetes, haemorrhoids, intestinal cramps; excellent blood purifier for spring and autumn

    How to use

    Pour 250ml of hot (80°) water over 2 teaspoons, cover and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes; strain the tea, 1 cup 3 times a day - as a cure for 6-8 weeks.

    Als Aufguss 2-3 g Tee (= 1 TL), mit 80° heißem Waser übergießen, 20min abgedeckt ziehen lassen, abgießen, 3 Tassen pro Tag, am besten nach den Mahlzeiten trinken.
