Red ginseng root comes from Panax ginseng, which belongs to the Araliaceae family.
The perennial plant has palmate leaves, small yellowish-green flowers and red berries.
Its root grows slowly and often takes on a human-like shape.
Red ginseng is produced by steaming and drying white ginseng root, which gives it its reddish colour and modified ingredients. Particularly valuable are the ginsenosides, which are known for their adaptogenic effect.
Indications
For general strengthening, to strengthen the body, as a tonic for fatigue and weakness, for coughing and wheezing, for impotence.
Directions
Put 4-6 teaspoons of red ginseng root in 500ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Strain and drink in 3 portions during the day.

Top Qualität
Da mir Kapseln nicht gut bekommen, habe ich mich für Wurzel-Stücke entschieden. Das Produkt kann ich gerne weiter empfehlen. So wie bei meiner ersten Bestellung, bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität des Ginseng! Geschmacklich ist er etwas süsslich, bitter und „rauch“, was eine gute Qualität ausmacht. Lässt man ihn 20 Minuten ziehen ist ein deutlicher Ölfilm zu sehen.
