The nana mint (Mentha spicata var. crispa), also known as Moroccan mint, is a perennial plant from the labiate family. It grows bushy to a height of 30-50 cm and has bright green, slightly curled leaves. In summer, it blooms with small, pinkish-purple flowers in false spikes and attracts many insects.
Indication
Digestive, calming, refreshing, low menthol content
Use
Add 3-4 tablespoons to 1 liter of boiling water, cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes and strain, aromatic, thirst-quenching tea, whether hot, warm or cold
