    Green oats are young, unripe oat plants that are processed before they reach full maturity. At this stage, oats are particularly rich in valuable nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and secondary plant substances, which are often found in lower concentrations in the mature plant.

    Indication

    diuretic, to reduce excessive uric acid blood levels, inflammatory and seborrhoeic skin diseases

    Directions

    1 tablespoon to 250ml water, simmer for 15-20 minutes, then strain and drink warm. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 12 years of age!

    1 Esslöffel auf 250ml Wasser, 5-10min ziehen lassen, danach abseihen und warm trinken. Nicht bei Schwangerschaft, in der Stillzeit und bei Kindern unter 12 Jahren zu empfehlen!
