Mistletoe is an evergreen semi-parasitic plant that grows mainly on trees such as oaks, spruces and apple trees. It forms dense, spherical bushes that anchor themselves to the branches of their hosts with their adhesive roots. The leathery, oppositely arranged leaves are glossy green and oval to elongated. In winter, mistletoe bears white, translucent berries that require special care due to their toxicity.
Indication
For rheumatism, sciatica and nerve inflammation, regulates blood pressure, sleep disorders
Application
As a cold extract, add 1 teaspoon to 1 cup of cold water and leave to stand overnight. Strain in the morning, warm slightly and drink in sips. The general duration of use is 6 weeks.
