The daisy is a delicate, perennial plant from the daisy family. Spatulate, slightly toothed leaves grow from a rosette close to the ground, above which the typical flower baskets with white ray florets and yellow centres appear on short stems. It flowers almost all year round and can be found throughout Europe in meadows, along roadsides and in gardens. It symbolises naturalness, vitality and new beginnings.
Indication
appetising, digestive, expectorant, expectorant, choleretic, liver-strengthening
Application
Pour 1/4 litre of boiling water (ideally 80°C) over 2 teaspoons of daisy flowers, cover and leave to infuse for 20 minutes before straining.
Drink a cup of tea 3 times a day. This tea can also be used for compresses on poorly healing wounds or for dabbing on skin rashes.

Ausgezeichnete Qualität
Die Gänseblümchen sind sehr schmackhaft und eignen sich gut im Salat oder auf dem Butterbrot.

Hallo, die Gänseblümchen haben eine sehr gute Qualität und haben eigentlich 10 Punkte verdient. Leider war ein langes Haar in den getrockneten Blüten, deshalb nur 9 Punkte. Der Tee kann natürlich trotzdem verwendet werden, es kommt ja kochendes Wasser drüber. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder bestellen. Grüße
