The caterpillar fungus grows wild in the higher regions of Asia. It is very rare and therefore extremely expensive. One kg costs $10,000 and more. This is why the caterpillar fungus extract is cultivated from the mycelium. The caterpillar fungus mycelium even has the advantage that it is more effective than the wild-growing fungus! The caterpillar fungus extract is 20 times more concentrated than powder!
