Tongue cleaning is a quick and effective way to remove plaque. Gently run the copper tongue cleaner over the middle and sides of the tongue without scraping too hard and rinse under running water in between. Repeat the process until the tongue is free of plaque and then rinse the mouth thoroughly with water.

Our tongue cleaner made from traditional Indian copper is durable, easy to use and glides effortlessly over the tongue. Three passes are usually sufficient and cleaning in the morning and evening is recommended. In case of dryness or unpleasant taste in the mouth, an additional short application can be helpful, especially in stressful times.
