Water, organic alcohol, organic bearberry leaves (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), organic marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), organic fennel seeds (Foeniculum vulgaris), organic goldenrod herb (Solidago virgaurea), cat's claw** (Uncaria tormentosa), organic marjoram leaves (Origanum majorana), organic nettle root (Urtica dioica), organic chicory herb (Chichorium intybus), hydrangea root (Hydrangea arborescencens), red water hemp root (Eupatorium purpureum)
Application
3 x 5 drops before each meal in a little water, shake well before use
0.75 ml extract (15 drops) contains 93.75 mg extract from the above mixture.

how do I take it?
I bought this but there are no instructions on use do I not put in water and ow much:_x000D_ what does this mean?_x000D_ _x000D_ For legal reasons, we would like to point out that this tincture is not for internal or medicinal use,_x000D_ but only for external (cosmetic) or technical use.- I cannot add it to water ??
