Anethum graveolens L., Dillpsitzen gerebelt, aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau

Dillsamen (Anethum graveolens) stammen von der gleichnamigen Pflanze, die zur Familie der Doldenblütler (Apiaceae) gehört. Die Samen sind klein, oval und von graugrüner Farbe, mit feinen Rillen und einem charakteristischen würzigen Duft. Die Pflanze selbst erreicht eine Wuchshöhe von 40 bis 90 cm und bildet kleine, gelbe Doldenblüten, aus denen sich die Samen entwickeln.

Indikation

bei Blähungen, zur Unterstützung der Verdauung

Anwendung

Für den Einsatz in der Küche für Fischgerichte, Eintöpfe, Gurkensalat oder als Tee:
1 Teelöffel auf 200 ml heißes Wasser (80°C) geben, 10 Minuten ziehen lassen und abseihen, 3 Tassen täglich nach den Mahlzeiten.
